I don't really like smith, but I don't really hate him to your degree either. What you need to understand is that whether Smith is here next year or someone else either way the person coaching the team is going to be Uncle Nicks puppet.

Then why stay ? In the end you cant run the side your way and it goes pear shape its you who cop the fallout. So you need a coach first up who says my team my way or i walk. And he rests only on his results with no outside static, I think a Hasler or Stuart wouldnt cop it.
