Photos can be deceiving, if you watch the video of the incident Braith is just stretching up for his early tee time at St Michael's the next day. As luck would have it he was close to the ball in this photo.

If Matt Prior got sent off for what he did, then Minichiello's should be no different.

Penalty and send off is correct. His elbow made contact with Dugan's head ffs. Doesn't matter if it's "not his go", fact is that is a send off offense any day of the week

Actually I fear the worst possible thing is if he DOES get suspended. This means he will fall short of his 250th game this year which will give him more incentive to want to come back next year and less incentive to think about retirement!

I think best case scenario is that he gets suspended for the rest of the season and RTS gets a go at fullback for the remaining games. Hopefully he plays out of his skin and forces Brian's hand to put him at fullback in 2013. I think everyone has to come to terms with the fact that Mini will be here next season but I would be willing to see how he goes on the wing before throwing him off into the retirement scrap heap.

The only retirement thinking mini is doing is thinking about topping up his retirement fund at the expense of another season with him in the side.
