Mini wont get any time for the abysmal tackle attempts, but he should get 2 weeks for stupity, he'll be in Newtown next year, nothing surer.Christ we can find a way to lose a game, no wonder a man drinks, they'd turn the Pope into a pisspot.

Do you honestly think the Roosters will drop Mini to Newtown.

I hope Mini finds an overseas contract........otherwise I think he will be in first grade next year.

I thought mini wasn't too bad tonight, Pearce getting tackled on the 5th atleast 4 times in attacking postions and depending on Anasta to come up with the plays cost us more imho.

I doesn't matter who's f$&ken ball it was. There were 3 blokes who could have taken it but none bothered. Just a sheer lack of confidence, it's what this whole team is lacking.
Stop blaming the refs for us losing too, we constantly give away stupid penalties ( first one of the match, offside from a 20m tap. There's a f$&ken line marked out for them to stand on stupid c@!:s) we let teams march up the field at ease into try scoring positions. Our defence is SHIT

Oh no I agree. Don't get me wrong. It is just that Mini is not doing the things he should be doing a lot more. Mini 12-18 months ago would've gone for that even at the last second. Mini would've done a lot of things 12-18 months ago that he's not doing now.

You would hope at the least a 250 game veteran would try and take control of a situation like that and call for the ball.

Fair enough wasn't having a dig at you, for all the bagging we do of Mini, seeing him walk in the sheds after getting the flick and kicking shit around shows me that the bloke still cares and is trying. I still think it all comes down to confidence and he is just lacking it severely. He still has the passion in him just seems to be lacking in execution.
Bag me all you want but that's my opinion. The bloke is trying just can't seem to get things to click

By the way Mini stood off, possibly someone else called for it.Catching those kicks is still one of his positives left which he normally eats for breaky...

Mini tries his heart out every minute and that's why you can't help but love him but at the moment it's part of the problem. He's in a bad patch and when he makes an error he feels so compelled to rectify it he gets more involved, and the fact that he is past it means he keeps making more errors the more he touches the ball. I thought he was not too bad tonight besides a couple of obvious exceptions. He loves the club, that much is clear, I'm hoping he realises soon it might be best for everyone for him to take his leave.

RTS is a wonderful prospect but he is not ready for fullback. Not in first grade. A better coach would resist that move, however with the current situation there is little doubt that Smith will throw him in, which is ok if collecting a spoon is no big deal. We play the dogs in a few weeks and they will target and terrorise him back there.

knowing smith he'll probably move Anasta to FB.
                          Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

I think it was Mini's ball to take. Could have charged onto it and ran away untouched. RTS and SKD were covering players as previously said!
