I won't say anything until I see what plans smith has for him. When we signed conn in 09, there were question marks rolling through my mind, however he proved to be very valuable before he got injured.

This is the prime example, people were bagging the club so much when we signed Conn. fans were saying injury prone dud, then he became one of our best most consistent players and a fan favourite!

I've been very critical of Mini for a while now, but the day he retires I doubt I'll have a bad word to say about him.

Don't think I have forgotten what he's done for this club over the years, I've only been critical because Easts are going backwards with him in the 1 jersey and as the old saying goes, Noone is bigger than the club.

Easts always come first!

Well put Dubai. You forgot to mention that this of course is a Smith signing and not a POS signing. SBW, Maloney and Oldfield were POS signings.

Firstly I reckon Buddy was joking about who is signing who.. SBW is a Politis signing and nobody else. As to comments from Hull supporters, I think everyone needs to consider that it is ESL he is playing and a standard which is well below NRL.
