By the way, can someone tell me what's happened to Rokolati, is he injured?
    and what of Leilua?

He hates NRL so won't be coming home for that. My little nephew on the other hand is learning fast. He's a Parra fan and told me that Manly make him very angry! He's 4 by the way...wait til he gets to my age. I have a few Roosters friends in Canberra and for their sakes, I really hope the team can at least make an effort. I do know how the players feel though. I only have 2 weeks left in my job down here and I'm so unmotivated it's not funny and I'm normally very conscientious.

At this point of the season, with all the outside backs we are promoting from NYC, why doesn't Smith give Evans a bench spot. It can't hurt, or have we exceeded the 2nd tier cap?

I like the switch of Moga and Henry about time Moga got a run in the centres. I also like the inclusion of Bosden in the run on squad. I really think he can be great for the club along with Cordner. Cordner has been awesome and I liked the role Bosden played last week. I have said it before, I think he could be our new Daniel Conn. someone who can play long minutes and above there weight. I think we have really missed what Conn brought to the team

He's out for the remainder of the season with a back injury.

I am very interested to see what our outside backs look like next year. We cannot afford to carry a slow fullback or slow winger.
What has next year got to do with what fletch pointed out. Smith is a dead set flip, he has made 4 or 5 positional changes, fletch is asking why.
You say you are very interested to see what our outside backs look like next year, they will look the same as they do this year with Smith as the coach. Mate if Smith makes decisions like he has this week what makes you think he wont be doing it next year.

Maloney Oldfield & SBW are not the saviours, the club is a rubble. SBW has probably been given a handshake deal from Nick that he will get picked no matter what (unlessed injured) form wont come into it. So again Smith is not a coaches backside.
If anything happens to Maloney it will be interesting to see what plan B is.

Until there is a change at the top at the Roosters we will never get a coach like Bellamy or Hasler, there is NO way they are going to go to a club where the Chairman or what ever he is has personal deals with players. What top notch coach is going to put up with that?

I think it's all about "we're gonna get smashed like last week anyway... you're new, we might as well try you somewhere different..."

good side. bosden deserves a shot inside moga imo. think arona should be there now. instead of FPN for mine - he is the most disappointing player for mine - hasnt really improved or developed into the leader we so badly need

There is a world of difference between having someone who can't run/pass/kick at 5/8th and someone like Maloney with speed and decent passing/kicking game. I expect Maloney to attract more attention and create extra space out wide. SBW will also be attracting a lot of attention and create extra space. If we have speedy outside backs to take advantage of that space then I expect 2013 to be a very different year to 2012... that is assuming certain princesses don't start throwing games again to try and get the coach sacked as they did in 2007 and 2009.

For the record, I wasn't the one getting excited about our prospects for this year.

I think Brian has got a wake up call. After we lost to the Eels it proven that his selections are shit. Moga in the centers, Bosden an 80 minute player, Henry on the wing. Wow. The onyl shit**** left untouched is Maubs. Drop him and of course FPN and were sorted. Wait put RTS to fullback.

Smith finally knows how to choose a team. Apart from FPN, Maubs.

Hopefully avoiding the wooden spoon will give them some motivation.

I saw the names Braith Anasta and Anthony Minichello in the team list and hope died for me.

So now the coach is giving certain players a run just to keep them happy.

Agreed, nothing matters if Mini is fullback, he reminds me of a dog the way he runs around a bouncing/rolling ball
