I actually really like the prospect of SBW & Seluini coming off the bench at around the 20-25 minute mark.

Panthers and Sharks were also interested. Good pick up if correct.
Looks good at a winning club but to me he is another Jake Friend nugget, they are both built so top heavy that it takes them longer to bend down to pick the ball up from dummy half which slows things down. The Roosters have to get away from these nuggets who do 50 tackles a game, the Dragons have got themselves one & they are going south.

I want the Roosters to get a hooker who can read the play & get crisp ball away to the halves. Beside Smith Ballin Farah Ennis Payne Luke even John Morris Kevin Kingston Isacc De Gois & the Souths guy Peats are better than Friend. The Roosters should buy Ballin if he hasn't signed with Manly.

That leaves 1 spot & I would go with Evans or Bosden. I dont think the backline can carry that back 5.

Mini is not up to FG standard but will probably be given the captaincy which will ensure he is either FB or on the wing. SKD I have always thought is a very dangerous ball runner but he has really done nothing for 2 years, BJ has really only shown glimses of what he can do & it's to early to give a call on Moga & RTS. I actually rate Henry & I think he could be a good centre but overall we have to many Islanders.
Seeing Blair last night made me realise that he is more the sort of player I would have like the Roosters to keep & play him in the centres, he is a mobile fit Giant. Unless the Roosters unload at least 6 Islandes they will go nowhere. It's taken Bennett 18 months to clear out all the Islanders Smith bought there.
Living on the goldy I hardly ever get to see the 20's or Jett's play. But after watching the 20's yesterday I'm pretty excited to see what Evans and napa turn out to be. Other than those two there wasn't much else, except Dallas wells looked good for only having a couple of games at fullback for 20's.
Hopefully evans and napa will debut sometime next season. Also bosden looks brilliant aswell.
Not being racist aswell but we do have to many islanders. Masoe has gone backwards and is used wrong, Tasi has stalled. Napa and evans look like they want a spot badly. It looks like FPN has moved upfront to possibly make way for Williams next season, my opinion.
The big problem is mini, but he isn't going anywhere. I think the people upstairs will keep mini in the 1 just to show respect. It would be a tough gig making decisions like that.

For eeryone talking about the CEO, Todd Greenberg isn't going anywhere. He has a sniff of the premierships that are coming his way, why would anyone give that up.

Romelo seems pretty crap to me.

Btw can the mods seriously put a ban to Beguurk making threads? His posts are bad enough but his threads are out of this world.

what we say and what we would like to see at the club has no bearing dur to the politis fifedom.
somebody mentioned in another post the clubs are running at a loss. yeah right. i suspect the reason why is to pay less tax and to the benefit of a select few who are milking the club dry.its a club and clubs with its gambling are a rort.
the money that politis put in i dare say is grossly exaggerated.

Kenny Dowall wouldnt be in my side either atm.He has to get back to doing what all the top class centers concentrate thier game around which is creating opportunities for thier wingers.Smith should get a few videos of Jamie Lyon for skd to watch hes a top class center. You wont see to many backline moves shut down when the ball gets to Lyon.Im not even sure Dowall is a center his defensive reads are woefull to say the least. He looks more like a winger to me.

This. Would be better off on the wing. Atm Moga & Leilua look better in attack than SKD.

                    Rts
                    Oldfield
                    Moga
                    Leilua
                    SKD.

This backline would be good for 2013.

Massive bench Chook, though the yellow Wiggle has a habit of laying too long in tackles. Mostly because of that sleeping sickness he has.

Id be very happy with this. when we lost mitchell, he was the 1 player I was keen to see us get - tough, aggressive, very versatile and sharp around the ruck. he doesnt have the pace of seluini but is a more well-rounded player. Good signing for us if true
