    We all want to win I give you that but wanting to win & making it happen is what I mean. Des wants to win more than Smith does. Smith can live with losing, it burns Des to lose. Does that make more sense?
    To be a successful FG coach you have to be a selfish perfectionist with a very high energy level with a big ego who wants to be the best.
