More mind games from Smith. Despite winning I think there are still weak links in our side but hes actually moved the weakest link Aubuson into the stating side. Hes my new most hated player followed by Anasta why? Because hes a massive waste of space. So many good forwards and hes apart of our salray cap. He should never play first grade again thanks for the memories of 2010 but really Bosden, Guerra, Cordner, Arona, Seluini, Tasi, Kennedy, JWH, Evans, Takairangi are all better than you. We dont need him. This is my biggest problem with Smith his incompetence with team selections.

A much better side for mine. Since we are out of finals reach we should start experimenting captaincy. Pearce is an obvious choice but the problem is he doesnt want it when Stuart said he was his next captain he said hes not up to it. Also e said Mini should take it because he doesnt want it. As for Mini a short term option and hes a fullbakc not an ideal position for a cpatain. JWH good choice but suspended alot and gives away alot of penalties. Martin Kennedy hasnt been as good as I tohught he wouldve been last year. Jake Friend's form has slumped prior to a ecellent 2011 season. Also his backup hooker is already better than him!

Now Boyd Cordner perfect choice. Not only is he a long term option, he has leadership qualities. He has already represented schoolboys, captained U20's, hasnt ever been suspended, is one excellent form and a future gun, our best performer so far also he doesnt have any off-field issues. He is exactly what you want.

Also im bit concerned over dopping Seluini probably Smith did it because he didnt do much in the time he was n the field but whos responsible for the playing time. SMITH. So once again mind games affected a players performance because of him and his own fault. Well done Smith.

We sould release Aubusson, FPN and Symonds. Our young guns too good for them. Now good for rotting in Newtown but cant play FG wither. Better we realease them and make cap space.

i like this team, although i dont really like FPN in the front row, im not sure why smith persists with him.
i like the backrow of taka, aubs and cordner. its the right balance between attack and defence.
and i think we that bench, bosden will play as prop, which i reckon is his best position. if hes playing as a backrower, then there is only one front rower there.
good side overall. put rts at fullback, moga at centre, add maloney and sbw, buy tamou and make boyd wonder captain, and you have yourself a team!

but ,the way im starting to see it is that smith is getting replacements for every position and testing them in other areas to cover any depth in positions.

Yeah I can see the worth of this idea BUT it also confuses some of the players.

smiths priority should be the roosters first grade team, not the jets.

But its no surprise if you think he should be worried more about the jets because that is where smith belongs - in reserve grade.

if roger is as quick a learner as what they say he is, he will learn that you need to drop the ball, miss tackles, give away 100 penalties and show no flair in attack in order to stay in first grade under smith. Wont take long for him to learn that.
