    Was it Jack Gibson who said that to be successful you have to get the Front Office right .

    Well on Friday night I went to my first home game since 2007 as I live interstate, Arriving at Easts Leagues I asked at reception about a courtesy bus but they did not even know a game was on and asked me " are they playing in Sydney tonight " When I replied in the affirmative they said I would have to wait until a football person arrived at 6.30. Subsequent questions to bar staff was also met with a lack of knowledge and interest.

    They cant even get the basics right.

    If the Roosters were floated, would you buy shares in it ?

    I kinda feel we're a bit like Qantas atm, lots of staff disengaged.

      To be fair though the leagues club people run the leagues club not the football club. They are two separate things.

        Why would you expect a poker machine technician to know anything about the roosters?
