Gents and ladies,

Just thought I'd share some info I became privvy to late yesterday afternoon. I will keep this simple and concise:

1. The entire playing staff would like to have a new coach next year;

and

2. The coach that is right in the frame for the job, is Ricky Stuart.

I honestly have no idea what our club's board will do, but I am hearing that the Chairman is still a big, big fan of Stuart.

Supposing SBW joins us in 2013, and nothing else changes (eg coach or whatever), do you really think we then become a top 8 outfit ?

Well other things will change:
- Maloney's coming (2nd highest scorer in the NRL right now.)
- Our young guys will have more experience.
- Anasta's goooooone!!

Granted we're currently 2 or 3 wins out of the 8 and have had 3 or 4 tight games this season...

Yes, I think we'll be top 8 with a few slight changes. Maybe not premiership material but yeah... top 8.

The NRL is a very shallow talent pool with the cap spreading it among too many sides even thinner.

We could win the whole thing next year. Or just be the rich mans Parra

Fair enough, maybe those tight loses turnaround and importantly Anasta will be gone. Maloney hopefully to give another attacking option and yeah maybe a bit more promising.

Be good if the bloody chairman got his bronzed arse back here to make some decisions, it really piss's me of how every bloody season he goes away for months, and then the place usually falls apart, stuff greece, get ya arse back here, and make the decisions, re, coach, new players, and no to DSuuart, the old girlfriend analagy posted above is a true on, either give Taylor a year to prove himself, then at least Bellamy will be off contract, if Taylor doesnt work out, I cant see too many other options.
