I thought the direction of the club was looking towards the future?? Why the hell are we looking to sign SBW for only 1 season on a ridiculous amount of money?? How is this providing direction for the future?
I would be more inclined to sign Luke Lewis on a 3 year deal, he is not only a representative player, he is also a hard working forward that will also help guide and mold the young forward pack we currently have. He will bring a huge amount of experience to this club and guide them into a top 4 side.
