I'm hearing you, would wonderful if a retro jumper with the 1978-1995 emblem on it, or even our first emblem before that. Certainly would be a devoured purchase in the Whippet household.

Talking retro, DCE would have a few retro jumpers.

        Pretty sure it's Jasmine Strange.

As for the TVC. One of the best I've seen.

lol. It did seem odd that he was the main character.

A great choice of location for the video promo.
As for the $150k paid to Radley - it was given to him by Fittler via the shoebox. Subliminal messages.

Personally I think it's a bad look for both the club and Adidas unless it's now official that coke is a big part of the professional sports culture.

Perhaps the bad boy image is very marketable. The Adidas inflictors could become their best selling shoes.

Maybe the NRL suggested Nicko backtrack on this, as if he went ahead with termination of contract that would put the NRL and other clubs in a unwanted position of having to follow up as well.
Maybe accepting the reality of widespread usage.
I'm thinking Nicko may have early dementia and that Todd Carney was a tad unlucky to be born 15 years too early.

Carney was sacked by 3 clubs. He'd be a cult hero these days! Just look at Ezra Mam.

The cash was in that box Nick carried in.

Freddy, Wingy, Braith, Mini, Ryan Cross, Friendy & Maubs are obviously considered the true Easts men. Im surprised Cords is not in the ad & also Ricko & Teddy.
Cords & Ricko only ever played for the Chooks so I would have them in the ad in front of Braith & Wingy. Freddy has to be in it. Im surprised to see Ryan Cross in the ad but he's 2nd generation Roosters players so Im happy for him to be in the ad.
Current players Victor & Connor Watson are obviously considered true Easts men as well.

The ad was not something I would have thought the the Roosters & Adidas would do but its a ripper of an ad for a Rooster supporter like all of us.

The whole ad makes sense to me because everything in the ad has happened in the time Ive been following the Chooks

We're a classy club, an upgrade of the brown paper bag.
