I thought Moriarty has not been resigned? I could be wrong though.

His contract has expired, he may get opportunity for a supplementary position, or Train and trial for a spot. Not sure yet

                Thanks Gaz.

Well it’s officially Nov 1 so I guess we’ll see a a bit of ‘sudden’ transfer movement in the NRL market today.

You won’t be seeing anything happen today. Plenty of wheeling and dealing happening in the background prior to today. The November 1 date means very little.

You may have missed my sarcasm. It’s why I said ‘sudden’ because all the negotiations have already been going on prior to November 1. So yep, agree with you.

Officially the November 1st negotiations with other clubs are for the 2027 season (and only for players who have 12 months left on there contract)

                          Aholoka Toia
                          https://www.sportingnews.com/au/rugb...c4930d7669a192
                          https://www.zerotackle.com/exclusive...tinues-228668/

Promising young forward Aholoka Toia has been rewarded for a standout breakout season in the Sydney Roosters’ NSW Cup side, earning a call-up to his first NRL pre-season squad.
The 20-year-old is the younger brother of Roosters centre Robert Toia, who enjoyed a sensational debut season this year — securing a starting spot for the Maroons in their State of Origin triumph and taking home the Dally M Rookie of the Year award
According to sources, Zero Tackle understands that Aholoka will undertake his first pre-season with the first-grade squad in the coming days as he moves one step closer to joining his brother in the NRL.
Only 20, Toia is much bigger in stature than his older brother, and the hard-working middle has already caught the attention of club officials and teammates as a player to watch over the next few years.
Appearing in 11 NSW Cup matches during the 2025 season, he averaged 14 tackles and 52 running metres per game, to go with seven tackle busts and 236.6 total post-contact metres.
"He's a bit of a Spencer Leinu type build and play style. He's pretty powerful and hopefully he gets some NRL experience soon," Robert Toia said previously.
"To be honest, I used to win the battles against him, but my two older brothers used to win the battles against me."
The Toia talent runs deep at the Roosters. Alongside Aholoka and Robert Toia, 15-year-old Mana Toia has recently signed a new deal with the club, lining up as a promising young halfback.
