  • Who'd like some Tino???

Arguably the best prop in the game and open to offers from November 1.

Always performs in a bog average Titans team so could you image just how good he'd go in our colours. Goose bumps just thinking about it!

Currently on $1.2 million a year and will most likely sign a record deal for a prop and somewhere around $1.4 million a year.

    BIG YES from Batsey.

    Let's get the dog!

Don't think he would be a good cost / effectiveness ratio for us, sppecifically. Although it would be extremely exciting to see, and you never know with the Chooks.

IMO, the Bulldogs should throw everything at him. They won't be winning a comp with their current pack, even though they aren't bad players in a vacuum. They desparately need someone like Tino. I expect he'll go to the Storm, though.

Payne Haas is on $1.1 mill and the Broncos won the comp. Carrigan $750k a year. Payne's next deal will be up around the $1.5 mill a year mark.

Money well spent Imo as it all starts with your middles dominating the ruck. Poor man pays twice.

Yes, but only at a reasonable price.
        We have props in waiting.

Patience Grasshopper. We have some good big men coming through. By 2027, when Tino would be available we’ll have a few options from those already in our ranks.

And we’ll probably have at least 2 of them for the money Tino would be asking.

I wondered how long it would take for this thread to pop up. We have enough forward depth without Tino, as much as I rate him.

All the good ones go to the Storm.
In the "who would you like to be coached by" players survey...Trent wasn't ranked highly...wasn't listed...Stuart was last one on the list at 6%.
What chance do we have of attracting top players?

                I don't believe we've had any trouble attracting strong/elite players since 2013.

He was originally at the Storm actually.

If he wants to wear RWB then I'd take him.

IDK though!!! To me he's one of a few guys like HPonga and Dave Fifita who have chosen money above all and are solid competitors but like IDK!!! Would you ever see them torturing Souffs for fun? IDK.

IMO they'll all pop on their best Sharon Woods impersonation as soon as payroll's sorted out the paperwork. We dodged a bullet with Fifita.

If we got him I'd say we would let one of Collins or Spencer go. We have too many good prospects coming through to block them with another guaranteed spot taken.

Would love to have him but unless he has premiership ambitions he may stay at the highest bidder
we would need to let either Collins and Spencer go potentially as well which I would be open to

He’d be great in a RWB jersey. One of the best modern props in the game. Only thing that concerns me is his injury record and a price tag that would make him our highest paid player.

What's the cost effective ratio of Spencer and his 3 bigs runs a game max, followed by the worst line defence in the comp. Pretty much anybody's better than him.
