Has signed for the Cowboys, never really worked at the Roosters
hopefully we keep his brother he is a real talent

That's a real shame, after stepping away from the game temporarily this year he seemed to find his love for the game again in the back half of the season playing with his brother in Jersey Flegg.

No doubt though that Itula is the standout young prop in our club at the moment. Only 18 though so I think probably still a year or two off First Grade.

Ziggy sure does seem keen to keep pinching at our talent any opportunity that arises.

Only a 1 year deal. Cowboys mustn't hold much confidence either

Hopefully the Va'a brothers will progress to NRL level - Been a tough few seasons for them with injuries and illness so hopefully 2026 will be better for both of them.

Whyte is great but he needs help
another gun prop the other side would be great and then Leniu and Collins off the bench
atm Whyte doing it all himself and we are lacking middles

Shame as he seemed to gain back some progress
only 1 year didn’t we have him signed to 2027? Is there potential he may come back?
with the Vaa x 2 and other Seve hopefully 1-2 kick in with us

                Has Losalu left?
Or has everyone forgotten how he bent the line and had a high tackling efficiency in his NRL games.
I am hoping Robbo is letting him learn his trade in NSW Cup like he did with Whyte and Wong.

The club has invested alot in these 2x but injury has cruelled their development.

Xavier is turning 23 next year and only signed until the end of the season so it's now or never for him.
De Salle is still only 20 and certainly looks the more promising, signed until end of 2027

Losalu is next man up imo - Whyte, Collins, Leniu, Losalu, X. Va'a, D. Va'a - hopefully Makatoa stays on for another year

Our entire front row rotation has NRL experience now, not to mention the likes of Nat Butcher, Egan, Steep and Foketi can fill in there easily.

                      Indeed.

One great forward is not enough to win a premiership though, we need 12.

Va’a brothers went backwards this season. Mainly due to injuries. D.Va’a only played half a season and Xavier kept getting knocked out. We need to start getting some return on investment from these guys in 2026. Hoping it’s a big year for both.

They seem to be above Losalu in the pecking order but not sure why. I watched him play a few reserve grade games live this year and I reckon if given a few consecutive games in NRL, he’d show he’s up to it.

According to Fox the Roosters are supposedly interested in Keaon Koloamtangi .

                          Potential targets

That article never said the Roosters were interested just pure made up speculation. Terrible journalism, the whole article is fabricated rubbish. The only thing they got right was players coming off contract.
