    At this stage it’s more the sort of thing people do in the hope it works, especially if they’re desperate to avoid going under the knife. Not total snake oil, but definitely not solid medicine either.

    I figure it's the sorta thing that at best might work a little and at worst won't do anything. If you're a $1m a year player who also eats a good diet, trains like a champ and does a stack of proven pre-hab looking to do every 1% thing you can to stay on to of the game then hey... why not?
    Insurance company paid for me to have it twice over a two year period about 6 years ago .At 63 while my knees aren't fixed they are 70% better than they were before .It's not a cure but does help
