Yeah I’m not commenting about if you’re right or wrong at all. It’s not binary - sometimes you need to jam in most of the time not I agree.

Just getting bored with knowing what you will say before reading it. big fast mobile muscular, must stay on sideline type stuff over and over - okay we get your opinion.

The so-called big players can also be a liability if they are lacking in agility and stamina, especially with the increased speed of the game and the ball in play for longer periods of time.

In yesterday's game, the Dogs made an interchange replacement in the first 5 or so minutes of the second half and not because of any injury.

They had a 10-minute at least half-time break, so I'm not sure why you would waste an interchange that early in the second half.

The Panthers pack is muscular, as are its halves and backs. Big doesn't always have to be extra tall.
Halfback Hynes ran through the Raiders defence, just too forceful for them.
Anyway, Marky let in two tries down his wing, we lost.
He was running around way infield.
Same as the Dogs and Raiders wingers.
Storm and Broncos will go the same way if they do the same.
Warbrick goes missing from his wing, Coates also but not as much.
Dom was often caught infield in defence unable to cover the sideline.

Hopefully we get it right next season.
If only we could play like the Panthers...100% completions, pass the ball back and forth across the field without dropping it.

Maybe he/ Club needs to make some changes.

1. NRL wingers never have to make defensive decisions. If they "stay on their wing" by the sideline, and never move in off the wing, tries will never be scored against them.

2. Big players are preferable in all positions, other considerations are to be disregarded.

3. Coaching appointments by NRL clubs are to be made in accordance with Daily Telegraph player survey results as published by said publications.

Dogs and raiders were two of the worst top 4 sides for a while
took their chances early in the year but were never going to be a threat in the finals
we should be over the sharks if we turned up otherwise the best sides are left
and 3 of them have a great defence
1 is all out attack

1. If the wingers are any good, there would never be tries scored outside them.

There's a lot more chance of the rest of the team stopping opposition wingers if those wingers have to move inside the defending wingers.

To stop ball of muscle, fast winger Alamoti, for example, the opposition winger, centre, FB must be at least like him...or get run over like the Dogs defenders did...tries scored at will...game was over after 15 mins.
Dogs fans could've left then, the result was crystal clear.

2. Not always, but size is an asset. Cleary for example.
Sam Walker could do with more muscle.

3. No. But it's interesting that those coaches rankings were something like 35% for Bellamy descending to 6% for Stuart.
Trent less than that or zero.
Maybe if Club got some better players for Trent to coach his percentage would increase and we would win more games.
