    Those stats are dreadful though.

Chrichton got totally niggled I agree. Thought that was it for us.

I do like the idea of having him on the bench as he can play more positions than Ioelu (Fullback, 5/8, halfback and hooker) but lets not pretend Sandon Smith is anything more than a utility bench player or back up half at best.
His worst play of the night was after Savala's long run when he got caught with the ball with a 5 man overlap on the outside he simply didn't have the situational awareness to release the ball quickly.

South’s are coming off 3 wins in a row their last a 40-0 thumping of the dragons and a bye. So they will be very fresh and motivated to knock us out of the finals will be an added incentive as we did it once to them. We are inconsistent beating a top side following by a loss to a lower team. If we follow this trend then next week might be our last game this season. We need to turn up and win even by a point.

Hopefully titans cause an upset win v dolphins, and we rest 17 players v souths for the “blockbuster”.

I'd rather him as a replacement for Sammy that Don't Come Ere!

I don’t think a Titans win is out of the question. They are playing to avoid the spoon & the Phins have been putrid the last couple of weeks.

Also, that win pretty much puts Manly out of the equation. We are now 98 points ahead of them on F/A.

8th spot is now a 2 horse race. Hopefully not after Sunday.

I have an idea, hopefully Robbo see this. Watson to 9 and Sandon to 14 for next game. If anything happen to our halve Sandon covering it and Watson stay at 9 for the rest of the game

To be fair it was only the 1st tackle. We scored off that set so his decision to take the tackle and be patient payed off.

No player in the comp adds more impact off the bench than Watson. This is the dilemma.

I hate that we always play Souths in the last game.

It's always brutal and we're always likely to lose players the following week to injury or suspension.

It's basically a final before the finals.

                            Exactly.
No way I'd be letting Sandon leave the club, if he wanted to stay.

He turned down a contract extension.

Smith has rejected two contract offers in the last 12 months he doesn't want to stay the club has no say in the matter
