    • Pretty much the whole team has gone to another level. Thank you Robbo. What he has created in a replenished squad in 1 season is terrific. We have already achieved so much more than I and most pundits thought possible. Also players who have been thought of past it, Lindsay and Rads and Teddy 2 years ago are putting in superb performances. The defence is so strong and the quality of the variability in attack, without injuries now anything is possible. Everyone is dialled in. Billy was smashed late in the game and post penalty took the first hard run....and got smashed again. So ,so good to watch the team.

Yes but they only have a handful of decent players

they rely on competition, mongrel and over enthusiasm over other teams. But when you match this with then most teams in the 8 would put them over

but I agree our performance was amazing and great to see the Bondi wall is back

we were desperate and showed we want to play finals

        • There is a team here next year in 2026

I was nervous with the bench size but it worked well having the smaller guys in the middle mid game and the enforcers at the start and finish

We'd be close to top 2 and probably favourites.

Rads and Hugo had their turns violating Kikau all night. He'll be sitting on a donut pillow for a week.

Billy has copped a bit tonight. Yes he made a few errors but he handled the best centre in the game all night. You could hardly tell Crichton was on the field apart from his one chest pump after their first try.

Defence again was top notch. One intercept in 70 minutes. Amazing how many Dog supporters are blaming the ref when they couldn't break our line all night.

Teddy. Thank you Moses for screwing the Tigers.

Toups. Another who needs to be included on that painting.

Our three pigs are the best in the comp when they are on.

            3/ Sammy
            2/ Rads
1/ Teddy, Whyte, Toups can have 1/3 each.
Yes what could have been this year
I thought this last year we lost $6m of talent but still had a great team
we should have won several games even without Walker - but certainly if he was there we would be 2md or 3rd atm

                • What a sensational win last night, and now the finals are truly in our own destiny.

special shout out to Egan and Spencer, they have really stood out in the past few weeks.

Wong might find it tough to break back into the starting side, good dilemma to have.

what a special season this has turned out to be so far, blooding rookies, Toops in nrl royalty territory, Teddy’s just playing as good as ever(if I could clone a fullback for life, it would be him) and nafu calling his front rowers,”his brothers”

                  lots of harmony and belief.

                        • I’m on of Egan’s biggest fans and Nat for that matter, just leave the kid in the middle he will do what he does cart the ball forward and make his tackles, we have been soft on the middle all year until the last three weeks where we have been virtually impenetrable, and wait until Nat gets back this will be one bloody dangerous team in season 2026.

                          • Just loved Spencer's playing up to the crowd 2 minutes from the end while waiting for the Walker conversion !

If we can't beat the dogs at home, then we are basically zero chance to beat the Storm in Melbourne. 30 points ain't enough IMO

How can u be confident with a team with a recent 1 out of 14 record against teams in the top 4. This ain't half a Fins reserve grade side.

Few might be shocked by last weeks delusion.
Lol. You must have absolutely hated what unfolded last night.

I’ve also been critical of Egan, but hats off to him; he’s been great the last few weeks in the middle and is earning his place in the team.

At full strength, I don’t see Nat Butcher making this team; the young guys have overtaken him. Nat is a very good defender, but not an aggressive defender and that’s what’s been winning us the middle of late.
