We always seem to play well when Atkins is ref. He and Gee are my favourites.

we easily beat the dogs - 1 try from an intercept otherwise they showed nothing
our several close losses we should have won otherwise we would be siting pretty in the top 4
only one for us who struggled tonight was Billy smith but he will be back
well done toops going outright 4th in all time tries
3. teddy - again 230mtr and was everywhere
2. walker - 2 TA and 6 from 6 with many outwide - boy have we missed Sammy
1. toops and Whyte and Angus
on to the eels next week
They were rugged and relentless in defence.
The fact that we beat them says more about us than them.

Well fast forward 5 months we have unlocked a beast in Fahu.
Really didn’t like the Mt Druitt “ I’m a wannabe gangster attitude” from May and well good ****ing riddance him and Brandon Smith gone the no dickhead policy in back in force.

How I wish Sammy was with us from R1.
We'd be close to top 2 and probably favourites.
Rads and Hugo had their turns violating Kikau all night. He'll be sitting on a donut pillow for a week.
Billy has copped a bit tonight. Yes he made a few errors but he handled the best centre in the game all night. You could hardly tell Crichton was on the field apart from his one chest pump after their first try.
Defence again was top notch. One intercept in 70 minutes. Amazing how many Dog supporters are blaming the ref when they couldn't break our line all night.
Teddy. Thank you Moses for screwing the Tigers.
Toups. Another who needs to be included on that painting.
Our three pigs are the best in the comp when they are on.
3/ Sammy
2/ Rads
1/ Teddy, Whyte, Toups can have 1/3 each.

It feels like its been years since we lost Keary, JWH, Suaalii, Sitili and Manu
I wasn't expecting much this year but the young talent on show has been enjoyable to watch. Players i never heard before they made their debuts like Savala or Foketi have got some real talent.
The motor on Whyte i incredible.
Even if we miss the 8 theres plenty to look forward to in 2026

I watched the game from the VB lounge, and would recommend it to anyone - so much food and nibbles is constantly served up that you can fast the whole day before the game. Really good too if you want to impress someone by inviting them there.
At the start of the game and with the dogs attacking the Dogs fans were raucous- thank god the Roosters shut them up.
A couple of Roosters punters in the crowd kept saying “Give it to Galvin, Give it to Galvin” when the dogs had the ball -he looked out of sorts all night , and looked out of his depth.
The Roosters defence was rock solid. Toops fantastic with his aerial acrobatics and finishing, Whyte with powerful runs. Angus also ferocious with his runs, but my MOM goes to Rads. He tackled everything in sight and I lost count of the number of times I said “Great shot, Rads” He was on a mission against the Dogs.
I thought Connor Tracey for the dogs is dangerous, but the Roosters got into his face and gave him no space. He is a silky mover - He sort of reminds me of Steve Rogers who didn’t run , but glided across the field with such beautiful balance.
