Have been thinking about this one all week. Not really sure what my tip is. I think we're a better side than when we played them the first time, and we should've won then.
If we deal with Burton's bombs and early kicks/40/20 attempts well, that will go a long way to winning us the game. That is a massive weapon of theirs.

Going to be an absolutely cracking last few rounds, especially if we pick up a W tonight. Things will start to get very exciting.

Hope you all enjoy the game. Roosters by 4 and Teddy MOTM.

It should be a good game Hoping we can get the win but Mutts will be a hard team to beat
Go Unas Mate. Bill and Toni’s is rubbish now and the service is shit house. The schnitzels are also paper thin. Can walk to the stadium in 20 mins from Unas and they always have a couple of nice German beers on tap too.

Bill and Toni’s to be fair has always been shit imo but it was shit and great at the same time back in the 90s. Haven’t been for at least 25 years - sounds like it’s just shit now!

if you want Italian in that area can’t go past Bar Reggio - similar budget just better food.

Unas is great 13 I agree.

Heres hoping Mark has done some catching practice this week - after last game you just know Burton will be bombing him all night again

Good tip the schnitzels at Unas are sensational I’m compensating for the happy hour next door at Lord Robert’s

I get it. I’ll be at Bitter Phew, then will pop into Tap House on the walk to the stadium.

I think Mark can catch well. He just needs to decide when a jump is necessary and when it’s not necessary. Seemed to jump way too early last game and jumped when he didn’t even need to. The first one will be very interesting.

Alternatively, let’s just take Burton out. He’s a poor excuse for a 6. Centre is his one and only position.

It is time for us to knock over a real top 4 side.

                  Go the mighty R W and B.

Spot on. He actually has very good technique, but if you sprint in and jump as high as possible at a ball and attack it that heavily, you're always a chance of spilling it. That's just the way it works. Still, I'd rather that type of error than being afraid of it and not contesting it, generally speaking.

This kinda feels like an elimination final! The intensity in tonights opening 20 minutes will reflect my sentiment imo. There's an element of redemption as we should've beaten the Bulldogs in our last encounter.

Our Spinnaker is well and truly up and the wind is favourable. We're the talk of the town and ratings will skyrocket as the Razzle Dazzle Roosters are back! Sammy has been labelled the gambler. I have mates who support other teams that can't wait to see what our little maestro will produce in tonights game.

                      Roosters 12 plus.

                      Up The Chooks.

We are a better team than our last game against the dogs. Our enthusiasm will do their heads in. The collective body language of Easts last week just prior to going to the sheds at half time was telling for me. This group is special.

                          Silly comment.

His boot is an asset that can't be utilised when playing in the centres.

He can also ballplay, has a solid running game and isn't a defensive liability like most halves.

You disagree with someone so their comment is silly? Just my opinion. He is certainly not one to set up plays. How many try assists has he got this year? He’s not Top 50 for try assists or line break assists. He doesn’t even make the list. His ‘asset’ of a boot isn’t helping his team score many tries is it?! Sandon is way ahead of him as a 6. His stats will show it too.

The Mongrels are a funny side. Sexton not there Mahoney maybe off the bench.

Remember that game against Canberra early this year. Mongrels down 20+ but Critta blew them away in the 2nd 40. Him and Burton we need to contain. Have Whyte or Collins but a Galvin to me he's their weak link.

We need controlled aggro. After last week I'm betting the refs won't give us a mm but I really reckon our pack can dominate, leaving Sammy and Teddy to find space.
