Let’s not forget Sutton. Uncharacteristically impartial.. ish.
He certainly didn’t set out to destroy us, which was refreshing…
How do you score Gerard the tard?
Overall, I thought he went ok. From my reckoning, Easts won the penalty count (2 week in a row now), but as usual, they simply cannot get a set restart despite dominating their opponents.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

That's a few games now where we haven't received a single set restart. That's a joke.
So overall we've won 3/20 penalty counts.Born and bred in the eastern suburbs.

everyone got a ten and yep, egan had a great game.
sutton was alright. don't know who was responsible for the sin binnings and maybe they didn't get it right (there was nothing in it) but they didn't get it wrong (they kept both teams with the same amount of players)

As for the restarts, that rule is an absolute corruptible joke.1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs

Didn't see Woolf complaining about THAT after the game!
