E Butcher Radley Collins and Crichton therein lies the problem in the forwards. Spence, Mr White, Steep, Foketi, Mitta Wong, Watson and the others like croncrete man and VA inc is where the game is at.

Spence is the biggest cap thief this club has ever seen. He is the first problem to be fixed before we look at Crichton, Butcher x 2 and Radley. On a lesser note, Ethan King is the most bog average outside back I have seen for many years. He offers less than nothing. Next time Marky to the Centres and Tom Rodwell onto the Wing.

It seems like Robbo is allergic to picking players based on form. Losalu had a huge game against the Tigers and has been banished ever since, whilst chronic underperformers keep getting selected.

This run after the bye has been tough to watch even the win against the Dragons was rough. The hard part for me to accept is that it's the young blokes having a crack and excelling every week while some of the experiences blokes appear to be going through the motions. I've been very disappointed with Crichton since the back end of last year he should have stepped up to a forward leader role in the absence of JWH this year.

I mean 3 talented footballers from other Clubs came to Easts and regressed in form within a couple of years..

Everything you have mentioned is spot on!

Only debatable point would be I would consider Junior Tupou over Rodwell on the wing.

Collins definetly had a massive game last night,also running for 133 metres in 60 minutes..
Leniu on the other hand ran for 70 metres in 63 minutes,just not good enough based on his pay packet and reputation as a hard running representative forward..
Wong 77 metres in 53 minutes coming back from injury,just to put it in perspective..

He seems off his game this year and I thought he was very lucky to keep his origin spot and a new coach staying loyal to last years team is what saved him. I've been concerned his mind isn't on the job after he made a beeline to hit Adam Reynolds with a forearm instead of running through the hole it seems like he wants to fight and get in to a lot of niggle.

The Storm are such a consistent grinding hard edged team & Harry Grant on his day is deadly.
It was a great tight game I think.
The Chooks have had a major change over of players all in one hit & have brought in some pretty good players but they are all 30 game less players who have stepped up alot this year especially in narrow losses against Dogs, Raiders & the Storm.
Aggressively winning the ruck & our halves being able to dominate field position then having your back 5 firing scoring tries is just not coming consistently this season, On our day this Roosters side can beat every team.

Excuse me if this was mentioned before. I only watched the game just now. Collins hit hard in defence what a try ?! Anyone else reckon that King was in front of the kicker for his first try? Also the Storm were so offside in defence most of the night with no penalties it was scandalous! !

Yes mate I checked the NRL stats and the Storm conceded no penalties or set restarts for being offside. 80 minutes of perfect discipline.

It must be very easy to referee teams like them who are so perfect and never break the rules.

How we got coaxed into resigning him based off a few good hard off the back fence runs last year.. in particular that home game against saints had everyone buzzing but… apart from those hit ups what else does he really offer? He has no footwork, no offload in his power game, yes he has a short bust of power running but it only lasts for what? 15-20 mins. He’s a bench player and that’s that however the coin he is on is too much for a bench impact player.
