Tedesco has been carrying this team for 5 years and last week had his once-a-year ‘off’ game. He will once again load the side onto his never tiring back and drag them to victory

      Ready for any pile on.
Sandy might have been understandably a little petulant at being shopped. That sort of treatment, and resentment, would surely have made him a risky inclusion last week. Robbo's onto the psychology of situations.

He does indeed but then again he has good games against everybody. Another Bellyache triumph - mediocre Fullback to gun Half. Was he once in our junior system?

Love that! Let’s hope so. Now I’m pumped.

I arrived at the ground a bit early. Sitting in the parked car dreaming of a resounding win tonight and praying for no more Roosters Footy.

It's probably been said already but we need the whole pack to dominate tonight, not just Whyte - to have any chance. Robbo was critical of us losing the physical battle last week, so expecting a bit more grunt. Hope 'Gee Whiz' let's us play.

Perhaps the origin boys might show up to play. Haven’t seen them for a while.

Robbo starting Whyte/Collins and Leniu with Wong dropping back to the bench.

When we were playing well, the spirit in the team was palpable, there was talk, energy and enthusiasm for both sides of the games, they looked to be enjoying footy and genuinly playing for each other. Not sure where that went. Seems to have fizzled out just as quickly as it ignited. Anyway, an opportunity for us tonight with them having a few outs but Bellamy will have them up for this, we will have to earn it.

Looking forward to seeing us put up a real fight, hold the ball, show some respect for the defensive side of the game and really dial up the aggro.

Chooks by 4. Up the Mighty Roosters!
It's actually predictable and highly annoying, how little trouble this club has beating us, and usually by plenty.

It seems the last time I remember them really struggling against us was the 2018 GF. How many times have we beaten them since - twice, three times maybe? In 7 years. That should make our players' blood boil.

Savala is a big out, with his boot and solid defence, both of which young Sam lacks very sorely. If we had to keep only one out of the two, Walker and Savala, I'd take Hugo.

I'm expecting a close one up until the 60th minute mark. Then we tank, that is the Roosters way.

                        Storm by some..

If the boys ain’t running around even mildly annoyed at the Shark debacle , then they best get knarky before they run out ….gonna be close but I reckon we got em

Can we kick to Tupou’s wing for 5 tries?
He’s up against a debutant again
