He had a number of defensive plays last night that really stood out but for good not bad. His line speed and ability to hit and stick at state of origin level is incredible. In particular there were 3 sets in which he came up with a dominant tackle to give NSW defensive momentum in yardage sets.

Just a shame his intensity didn't seem to be matched by the rest of the NSW pack.

Youd think Cleary would be copping it. Wasn’t alone in being poor but could only imagine the reaction if it was a Mitch Pearce or all the other discarded Blues halves that didn’t win a Series. Cleary seems to be teflon.

Robson had a dig tonight and was one of our best forwards. Made good yards out of dummy half and was busy in defence.

As you know Im still a big Latrell fan but Toia has had his measure in the last 2 SOO games.
I was thinking that Latrell would intimidate & terrorise Bobby T but that wasnt the case, well done to our young man.

The only reason you have singled him out is because he's coming to the Roosters which is odd.
Cleary, Luai, Latrell, Edwards & Gus were ordinary but Robson played tough in the middle.

Throwing forward passes from dummy half, and giving away penalties ...we cannot be having.
He needs to abolish these from his game before he arrives at training in 2026.

Our current mindset needs to change if we're to go anywhere next season.
We could start this change on Sat against the Dragons.
Playing well for the first ten minutes of games then descending into dropsy rabbleness etc must stop.
Maroons didn't drop the ball etc and descend into rabbleness...and they won the game.
They forced the opposition to do it.

That was exactly what I thought watching the Origin. Should add to our penalty total nicely
