Even after 2 seasons missed with acl injuries at 20 this kid is way in front of the game compared to where Suaali was
suaali was lost at centre and very one dimensional

Don't know if anyone noticed, but some players annoy me with some of the things they do.
But, Robbie Toia, nah he is brilliant, there is just nothing bad about him.
Rob is a far superior player, Suaalii after 10 games was still working out How to pass the ball.

Could Toia be a possible replacement for Teddy in the future.... I think he has it in him.

He’s got so much ability and composure and yet still so young.

I don't think that's fair to Sua'ali'i he was 17 when he debuted in first grade and when he was Robert Toia's age he switched codes from league to union and walked straight in to the Wallabies he's a special talent in his own right.

I hope Toia wants to be the best centre in the game & doesnt do a Manu, Latrell scenario which is wanting to play FB,
Why do we have to try & make him a FB when he's a first class centre.

... because someday Teddy will retire and then we wont have a FB. And , if someday, he plays as well as Manu did at FB you are saying that's a bad thing? Who covers for Teddy at the moment? Its about having options rather than shutting doors.

Mark N trained at fullback in off season in case Teddy went down and Ethan King is a regular fullback in Cup side. Toia is going to be a great center, he hasnt had many opportunities in attack this year. I wouldn't move him. As our halves improve Toia and Smith are going to make more breaks than they do now.

Fullback is a specialty position and one of the most important aspects of the role is organising the defence especially when defending your own line I hope we are developing a young fullback at the club like Ethan King to be the Teddy successor and let Toia kill it at centre.

He's signed until 2029 or something which is ridiculous, particularly in a world where Manu, Sua'ali'i and Marky Mark have all either gone to yawnion or kept the door open for it.

For him to come good THIS fast is incredible. I hate saying it but he looks like a gun Brisbane centre... how he's a Rooster befuddles me but I love it all the same!
