  • Roosters paying $18 to make the top 4.

I'm not a punter however that appears to be good value imo.

    Thoughts?

That's big enough to be a bit attractive. If Rosehill is kind to me tomorrow, I might butter something up. No doubt if we win by 50 odd on Sunday (as I expect) the odds will tighten.

I got on us for the top 4 about a month ago when we were $31.

Good shoppin. As I thought we'd be in the bottom 4 rather than top this year, I dodged the good earlier odds unfortunately.

          Let's win on Sunday first.

I will stay out just to give them some hope.

My money would stop Winx in a Class 1 at Gundagai.

We're 6 points out of the four, we'd need an epic collapse from one of the top four to be in with a shot and we'd need to keep winning. Personally I think if any team was to slip into the top 4 it'd be Penrith who have seemed to find form and are beating teams again seemingly with ease.

For us this season I could see us finishing 5th or 6th, I think the favourites to win the comp would have to be Penrith, Storm and the Dogs.

The Dogs didn't do us any favours by losing to the Broncos.

I suspect the Dogs are gonna fall (possibly outta the 4), partly because of Gus' idiotic move of destabilising Galvin so that he could sign him mid-season. NFI what that was about and doubt he's the next superstar.

IDK who can we catch? IMO...
                    1. Storm
                    2. Panthers
                    3. Faders
                    4. [Won't be the Warriors, Drongos or Dolphins]... probably Dogs as they've already accumulated enough points to stay up there, but could well be us if we go on a winning streak & Walker fires

2024 and 2023 you needed 38 points to make the top 4.

We're on 20 point with 10 games left and no more byes, and 6 of those 10 away.

On that basis we'd need to win 9 from 10. The congested ladder means a slight chance that 36 could make the 4, so 8 from 10.

The loss by the bullscum last night has a stench.

paying $19 last time i looked. they're pretty good odds. we're unlikely to make the 4 but the wahs are a definite chance to drop a few places and if we can step up a gear we're a realistic chance

Me as well Billy Smith is a big out - Dreaming top four we would have to go through undefeated and if I am not wrong we have the Storm twice.

lets just hope they win enough games to make to 8 and then we see what happens
