Odd game
we kill our selves with basic errors and field possession however we did defend very well! 37 tackles in our 20 compared to 6
and wtf we actually won a game coming back in the final 20 min
only real positive is we take the 2. Rads is a worry though
3. teddy - best player in the game arm! I feel sorry for him the side around him is so shit and makes so many mistakes
2. Whyte - back and in a big way our one big mtr prop
1. Billy smith defensively and toops for mtrs! Plus also Wong was solid and best game for Foketi

Billy Smith top class in defence.
Amazing defensive effort by the boys. I was worried all the errors and defence in the first half would come back to bite us but we held strong.
Great game in Dom's farewell. Thanks for the memories. Some good. Plenty of bad too.
Rads Rads Rads.....you're a tough nut but FM how many more.
Ebutch a couple of errors but another tough nut. Can't knock his commitment. He'll be sore for a month.
Teddy so happy you are NSW second best fullback.
Ugly game but we won the grind in the end. Important to get wins like that.
Bank the 2 points and onto next week.
3/ Teddy
2/ Billy
1/ Dom

Hard to say if the Roosters were anywhere near their best as the Knights were clearly up for the game. - They are not a mug/rabble side which some on here think they are
The main thing to take out of the game was that the Roosters kept themselves in the game and the score close as often teams can become frustrated and give up cheap possession and points when things aren't working out as expected.
3.2's and 1's from the Knights Game
3. Siua Wong
2. Hugo Savala
1. Blake Steep

That was a great defensive effort by Billy Smith in a dour, tight game.
Front rower Foketi stands up a fullback on the way to the tryline - sheesh! Now I’ve seen everything.
Suia Wong’s try must have broke Sutton’s heart.
Sandon has the radar fine-tuned for the goalkicking. It’s nice to go up in 6’s.

We lost that game, the refs tried to make sure Newcastle held onto the 2 points and the scoreboard was still 12-8 in Newie at FT.
Arguably one for the ages as we simply wouldn't die. I know their attack was BS but something musta been right with our defence to get that result as we only let in 1 try (which was a freebie).
Special points go to Teddy for that challenge at the end. Something about Mark N catching all his balls too...
