8. Warea-Hargreaves - if this guy fires, he can be unstoppabel. hes one of the few success stories weve had over the years seeing he was one of, if not the first player smith signed as a part of his infamous 'youth policy'. nevertheless, if we want the best out of him week in week out, we'll need a new coach first.
9. Friend - he needs a new coach. simple. someone that has the brains to tell him to pass quicker, run quicker, and think quicker. or its HELLLOOO newtown. wait. no it isnt.
10. Kennedy - hes in the same boat as JWH, he cam along nicely in 2010/11 but that foot injured has really hampered him. its a shame really. he was just starting to look good. he wont be here much longer unless he finds that form again. hes got tasi, bosden, evans and napa, even tago, all breathing down his neck. i dont think hes gotit in him.
11. Guerra - another 'youth policy' (semi) success story. he needs to be given a specific job every week, and he needs to do that job well. recently, he seems to be doing just nothing in particular, and hoping it works.
12. Aubusson - i have a lot of time for this guy. he just doesnt seem like the bloke that would get pissed and go and bash his girlfriend, and throw his team in turmoil. its obvious when he turns on for a game, and its obvious when its not. he was at his best when he ran hard, at angles, and through holes. now he doesnt run at all.
13. SBW - get him at the club. whatever it takes. what he brings to a team is somewhat irreplaceable.
