  • The crucial thing with a thumb injury is that he can't sharpren up his ball work during this period.

The next month of football is massive for our finals chances. Need to win all three games. Penriff will probably make the top eight now so there's one less spot up for grabs.

    • Fletcher Sharpe for the Knights has been officially ruled out due to injury, he’s been their best by far

4 weeks is also best case scenario.
Mitchell Moses just got ruled out for 6 weeks which means that Luai will be missing from the Tigers so we should get past them and the Knights but the Cowboys game has ambush written all over it with players from both teams backing up from origin.

Will they back up given the game is in Perth? I think a conservative assessment would be that neither side will have their Origin players. If that’s the case, it hurts them more than it hurts us imo.

I think the Tigers game is the weekend before SOO so all players will not play club games.

Luai out is a plus for the Tigers.

Oh soz I thought they were referring to Cows game as we play them next week after Origin II.

mmm seems you think the Roosters are a one player team - Sam Walker back is not going to guarantee wins - it's a team sport and not an individual sport

Hugo and Sandon are playing well and both deserved to keep their spots. Unfortunate for Sam but he needed more game time in reggies before a return to the NRL in any case.

One of the only knights that can score a try - the fact that this time last year the new fullback Fletcher Hunt was playing for the Macquarie Scorpions and looking bog average in the local league gives me hope that maybe my NRL dream isn't dead at 35
