The Sydney Roosters are thrilled to announce that reigning Golden Boot winner Tarryn Aiken has signed a contract extension, securing her place with the Club until the end of 2027.
Aiken has been a standout performer since joining the Roosters in 2023, and her dynamic playmaking abilities have been instrumental in the Roosters' recent campaigns, including the Club’s 2024 NRLW Premiership victory.
"I'm incredibly proud to extend my time with the Sydney Roosters,” said Aiken.
“I absolutely love this Club and this team; it’s felt like home since day one. The culture, the people, and the way we push each other to be better every day – it’s really special and I’m excited about what the future holds,” she added.
Roosters NRLW Head Coach John Strange praised Aiken’s impact both on and off the field.
“Tarryn is an exceptional talent and a genuine competitor. She brings professionalism, leadership and a winning mindset to everything she does. We’re thrilled to have her re-commit to the Club, and we’re confident she will remain a driving force in our future success,” said Strange.
The Roosters will kick off their 2025 NRLW Premiership campaign in a month’s time, hosting the New Zealand Warriors at Allianz Stadium in a Round 1 clash on Sunday, July 6.
