The Good, Bad & Ugly

THE GOOD - plenty of people wrote this young team off after losing 6 players & Sammy for half this year but they have been a pleasant surprise in the way they've come together & aren't easy beats & some of the wins have been fantastic against quality teams...also there's glimpses of the old Bondi Wall being rebuilt.

THE BAD - The errors...just incredible we are consistently bad in this department with no apparent end in sight...& a 13yr veteran coach who cannot address this.

THE UGLY - Being a 60min team.These last 20min fade outs are a killer...without them we would be entrenched in the top 2 ....hopefully Sam Walkers return will rectify this.

All up...atm there is more good than bad so far this year.

Ricky Stuart apparently told the Raiders at the half time break to just hang in the game because they'd get the Roosters at the end and that's what they did, it isn't good that we're known for this and once again with game on the line and 10 mins remaining it seemed to be mainly Tedesco trying to get us home and not our young halves that some here say are better than current Origin reps.

I’m not sure if the season might end up being a bit too long for our young team, and we might lose a few in a row at the back end of the season, but long term over the next year or two, things are going to trend very far north.

Any coach who had a team with those kind of possession stats against any team of the comp would've said similar.

That is not a comment specific to the Roosters, you can pull up dozens of games that go in close at halftime but where workload is heavily skewed in the first half it usually ends up being the overwhelming dictator of results.

Like no shit the Roosters were going to tire after making that many tackles...
