      Phil Gould by a country mile followed By Nick then Smith and Son
      getting the the office coaching staff to get it on in one hit is the most difficult thing to do before you even think about winning.
      You dont get it right you have this rabble.

        Trewhella,

        Whats been the common denominator throughout the following fiascos:
        1.The bennett Debacle
        2. The Anderson/Freddy debarcle
        3. Wooden spoon
        4. Mishandling of Carney
        5. The smith debacle
        6. Re-signing Anasta for 2 more when he should have been punted ages ago.
        7. Resigning Punchinello

        There's seven deadly sins.

        Whats the common denominator.

        There lies the blame.

        Its obvious when Canavan left, he took the brains with him.

            The players are the one's to blame, not the Coaches or Coaching Staff;

            I mean we completely make the same continous errors each week;

            1. Trying to offoad balls in our own half of the field when not required which leads to handling mistakes;
            2. Continue to give away possession after we have scored instead of going to straight to the kick up the field;
            3. Not securing the offloads of the opposition when making a tackle, must secure the ball handler once in the tackle;
            4. No direct Communication on attack; and
            5. Allowing the same players to run the ball up in the set instead of mixing it up most of the time.

            NO doubt the coaching staff is informing them not to do this but the players are the ones making the above mistakes not the coach.

            I believe once we stop with the handling errors we will win more games as we really have ot stop Minichiello running in on the inside off Pearce or Anasta because he is constantly dropping the ball on impact. Moga, Tagiave or even SKD and Leilua should be running on those type of plays as when hard impacts occur they always secure possession first as Mini's hands are always up in the air!!!

                Blame for what exactly?

                Being 3rd last in first grade? The coaches and players.

                For everything else Politis.

                    it all starts at the top? the culture of the club is reflective of the management! if its too easy to just fix it with money, its too hard to achieve success at other times, negative club culture attracts negative players and coaches, the horrific decision some years back to rely on the now apparently founded morality of Bennett to come coach the roosters when it backfired as was always going to do, had an ongoing effect onh our club that is lasting decades! we cant even say its our club as most of us are unable to join the football club but in fact attire just willing sponsors of the business providing the yearly cash for others to play as managers and coaches, without really having any accountability! of course when the going gets tough the usual strategy is to evacuate to Greece! always worked in the past? the Ron Jones strategy?
                    the fact that this club had generated such sadness in many loyal followers is just a sad fact of life! thats all we are just followers never members! its all just a fron t for a self perpetuating facade for poker machine use? does the football even matter at all to those in charge, i think not?

                      For me the problems are easy to identify.

                      Problems in he past that we're not addressed were fixed slash funded by Nick.

                      The salary cap now being respected by all clubs means that we can't fudge with nicks funds.

                      We can however work on culture and management.

                      I feel the culture at Bondi is appalling.
                      Has been for years.

                      No spirit, no soul and no scruples.

                        Throw in the no- input board and you have a disaster in the making .One man track mind with his side kick calling the lot it can work occasionally and mostly not.

                            well i think that sums it up for me. the only exception is the forwarsds should be hitting it up instead of the backs. why cant jwh be hitting it up inside of pearce instead of our light weight 1
