Ive rated the Raiders from rd 1 saying in the past they will be a top 4 side if they stay fit & can possibly win it.
They've gelled well & have been able to be consistent & play hard fast aggressive footy.
The Chooks can do the same but havnt been as consistent.
On paper the Roosters back 5 are better but Fogerty & Strange are a step up on our halves, I rate Hugo & Smith but I think especially Fogerty & Strange are better at this stage of their careers.
Tapine, Horsburgh, Young & probaly Hoskins are on par with our forwards Smitties is not that bad either plus there's huge wraps on Patti their hooker.
We are a team of champions they're a champion team & thats no disrespect to the Chooks.
We definitely have the team that can win it & so do they.

Don't think we will see Walker straight back into first grade would expect at least one hit out at NSW Cup level just to work off the rust.

Next week when we have our 2nd bye our NSW Cup still plays. If Sam is ready he could get 30 minutes or so, in the second half of next weeks NSW Cup game.

Considering Sam was back to unrestricted training 2weeks ago, I reckon that’s the plan. 30 or 40 min next week in Reggies to blow some rust off, then back to NRL after the bye.

It's just we are no good at competing in a rugby league game under his interpretation of the rules. That's on us, we need to keep working on getting better at Klein-ball.

For me, $1.88 for a Canberra team at full strength in this game is the very definition of overs in a gambling contest.

I just had to back them.

It's good to see, that's what this year has to be about. Back the youth and get some minutes into them.

Ioelu is signed with the club until the end of 2028 so the club clearly see a lot in him.

Was a lot of wraps for Savala's two kicks and Tupou's leaps but the deception from dummy half on both those plays just to give Savala that little bit of extra time from Ioelu last week was top class, he sent the markers the wrong way on both occasions.
