I would prefer Foketi over Collins on the bench nowadays. Otherwise it’s good to have some continuity in the starting side for once.

I really hope we turn up and make a good account of ourselves. Getting tired of the Dogs hype train. Will be tough but we can do it. Big game!

Collins has been average in terms of his ability to bend the line. Hasn't been the same since doing his ACL.

What he does bring is experience and some starch in the middle third. He also does a lot of other things like kick chase, dive on the loose ball etc.

What I do know is that the game is moving away from the big lumbering style Prop to a more dynamic, faster, agile player with some level of foot work. The 6 again rule continues to make the game quicker and potentially making the old school style Prop obsolete.

I love what I'm seeing from these young forwards in our squad and I can clearly see the synergy when they're playing.

I think Collins has got back around 2023 when we had him playing big minutes he seems to be someone who works his way into games and plays big 60 min or longer

last year he got smaller minutes with our good prop rotation and he fell away

it seems like confidence in contact more then anything slowing down and turning his body

certainly rips in defence but we need more then 50 mtrs a game from him - especially on his pay packet now
