It's Ike the roosters are trying to reinvent the wheel with this narrowed focus on development.
it's near impossible to predict the ones that will be stars to those just making up the numbers until they hit first grade.
Also how many do you lose that go to other clubs for an earlier opportunity to play first grade ?
What happened at Penrith was as rare as rocking horse shit and probably won't be repeated again for 100 years.
Blind faith about development is ridiculous and a more balanced approach is required for long term success. IMHO
