If we don't give them a chance they'll leave and go somewhere else, then we'll have to go find replacements.

We have to develop our own players these days, there are 'none' available to buy.

Seriously, can anyone name a player that has flourished under Smith during his tenure ?

I can only think of BJ, even though one could argue that it is only his natural talent that is on show and the deficiencies in his game have not been addressed.

SKD and MAubs in 2010 improved dramatically due to Brian moving them to their proper positions, the rest it's hard to answer as most made their debut under Smith or were fringe first graders when he came to the club.

I do however feel Brian's time is up, have for a while now.
