Jared IS our pack. His performances set the tone for the way the rest of the forwards play. I fear for how this play out without him next year. I just don't yet see that Collins, May or Leniu can possibly fill that void. At least not in 2025.

Agree - that is why the club needs to find a bargain buy front rower for 12 months, just to help out.

Robbo stated the reason they did it was the 8 day prep they don't have that luxury with a 6 day turnaround plus travel this week.

I think he is being let go 1 year too soon. Even if we get 12 games out of him in 2025 id have him in the team

He and Boyd cordner led us through the two grand final wins
Lindsay is fine he is an efforts prop who gets through a mountain of work off the ball to, not as effective this year but our front row rotations is so good our guys are fresh as they get 2 20 min stints each with Leniu and may - will be 2 nsw forwards off the bench this year so they havnt had to play the big minutes like they have in the past
when Lindsay got smashed last week he got up and laughed - he loved it
we will have the best front row in the competition next year with May and Lindsay starting, and Spencer and Whyte off the bench
Vaa bros coming up - I just hope we can keep them all with maybe Whyte moving to 13 as they are all under 25 bar Collins who is 28

Really wish we had JWH for next season… with all the players departing it would have been nice to have the old dog around.. his still playing well and I think had another season in him… can’t believe after all these years we only get a maximum of 2 more games with him in the red, white and blue.

Ultimate warrior wouldn't have thrown the game away vs Souths a couple years back. I love JWH when his motivations line up with team's best interests as it did on the weekend, and as it did when he was robbed of the Clive Churchill medal in 2019.

JWH will make a fantastic forwards coach in retirement.

JWH doesnt preempt that he's going to hit someone high, it just happens in a split second. The guy is aggressive which you want & sometimes things just turn out that way.
When he came into grade the game allowed that sort of stuff so you gotta give him some slack, he's a warrior man.

I can’t believe after this amount of time we are still discussing this topic! I can’t believe anyone who knows the game can not see what he has brought to this club for at least 10 years!
He is a once in a generation player, the forward equivalent of a Cleary or Freddie.
He is going to be a massive loss! Nobody can replace him.
