Early Mail: The Roosters are reportedly worried regarding the fitness of star centre Joseph Suaalii. The young gun suffered a neck injury in the dying stages of the Tricolours’ clash with the Rabbitohs according to WWOS. Should he be ruled out, Michael Jennings or Sitili Tupouniua could be called into the centres.
Ah well better luck next year if Jennings plays

That'll farrk us up royally for the goalkicking alone.

We have a better team on paper but Sitili's defence...

Penrith haven’t looked much chop for most of the year, particularly recently. I don’t think they have a 4-peat in them, with or without Cleary. We definitely have the game to beat them on Friday, it’s just whether we decide to bring it with us or not. We won’t beat them by trying to emulate their style of play as they have mastered it, we will beat them by being up-tempo and unorthodox. Throw the ball around, lots of off-loads, inside balls, use our giant backline often, Manu and Teddy roaming up the middle for offloads, run it on the 5th on occasion.
We have the best attack in the league and they have the best defence; play to our strengths and do it well, then we win this game.

When do we ever play a top team with our best team on the field?
                Answer...'never'.

                This time...missing:

                Brandon Smith
                JWH
                Walker
                Suaalii looks like being out.

We were longshots as it was. If Jennings or Sitili start in the centred we are well and truly ****ed. I know the faithful say our pack has it over theirs....yet they still field JFH,Leota,Martin and Yeo. Yes I'm being pessimistic....I just cannot see us getting close to them. Full strength, yes....this team, it could get ugly

                    You forgot Radley.

Literally almost half the side. But, we are told by the media, finally this is a great opportunity for Robbo to prove he can actually coach, rather than just being handed 3 premierships.

Billy boy may well be available if needed. He played 45 min in the last round of Reggies; 6 runs for 70m with 34 PCM, 1 line break assist & 1 try assist. A little rusty in defense perhaps - 3 misses out of 10 tackles.

                        plus Radley...which is even worse.
If the game gets out of reach, our players should clock off, save themselves for next week.

Sandon can kick goals. He kicked 5/6 in his last nsw cup game.

From the Daily telegraph an hour or so ago:

“Star centre Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii was also spotting goal kicking before Wednesday’s media session at Allianz Stadium.

Suaalii missed Round 26 after aggravating a nerve issue in his neck but has shown no ill effects since returning to the field last weekend.”
                            EASTS TO WIN!

Very sombre under the sombrero at the moment.

Jennings should never play first grade again
