Roosters promote club legend Mitch Aubusson to new football operations boss

Three-time Roosters premiership winner Mitch Aubusson has been promoted by the club as its new rugby league director.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald , Aubusson has been elevated to the role to oversee the club's NRL, NRLW and junior sides.

The role was created to form a link between chair Nick Politis and NRL coach Trent Robinson. He will also oversee recruitment and retention.
