elliot's a big out, still mya coming in is good. don't know what's happened to nasio - she runs and hits hard. hopefully we see sergis before too long.

playing the leaders who must be playing well. with the teams around us all playing each other at some time we can probably afford to drop one game and still make the semis. still a win v this mob would show we're on the right track

I think Aliyah maybe injured ?

Pani Hopoate has signed a 2 year deal with the Bulldogs from 2025 - Blake Cavallaro is the Dogs NRLW coach and Head of Female Pathways.

He was at the Roosters for 12 years in various roles including the last few years as Head of Male and Female Pathways for the Sydney Roosters - Coached the Sydney Roosters Tarsha Gale Cup sides to back to back premierships in 2022 and 2023

Hopefully he won't be stealing anymore Roosters Developed Female players even if he was involved in their development.

Finally got some clarity on Sergis' injury its a high grade MCL and she is still in a knee brace and has had a couple of PRP injection in the hope of speeding up the healing, she is also holding out hope to be able to return this season.

surprising there's nothing about her in the injury list. hope she hasn't fallen off the radar. she looks the goods

4 to 8 weeks - been out since round 3 - be pushing it to be back

                PRP

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a promising solution to naturally accelerate healing of tendon injuries/degeneration and osteoarthritis, without subjecting patients to significant risk. PRP therapy aims to merge cutting-edge technology with the body's natural ability to heal.

PRP injections are not permanent, and the length of their effectiveness can vary. Some PRP treatments last up to two years, while others may decrease in effectiveness after about nine months.

9 week comp and (hopefully) 2 semis. got to be a chance but hard decision to make if she's only available for a finals game. don't want to be a player down after 10 mins.

Kelleher's kicking game has been outstanding early and a big part of the 16-0 lead.
