Our plea to Freddy

At this time let us not forget that this man is a true Rooster. A man who bled red white and blue and a man who loved and showed great passion for our club. A man who was given a coaching job before he was ready and then crucified when he failed.

So my (or our) plea to Freddy is stay with us. Dont be disheartened by this as I truly believe one day you would make a great coach. Take a break if you will but dont let this remove any of the passion and love for our club. It is merely a minor setback. You are one of the few great clubman left in our game and have the respect of every single Rooster fan.

Langer nearly lost everything gambling. Wally Lewis punted from the Broncos and failed as a coach. Andrew Johns has been well documented.

We all learn from the pain.

Its a necessary part of life and it makes us realise that we are all human.
