                  very good performance from the girls. really controlled the game in the second half despite running into the wind. all the usual stars stood up and i thought wood and strange was also good, particularly in d.

                    Good win by the girls, had things under control.

                    Credit to the Strangers tactics playing the long game and using our superior size and power game through the ruck.

                    Two complete contrasts on either side were two of the best on ground. Amber Hall was unstoppable for Easts. If she was a racehorse you probably wouldn't pick her in the mounting yard, but she can play and has great power and some skills.

                    Tegan Berry for the Dragons is just a supreme athlete. Great game, but her cover hit on Mia Wood was as good as any you would see in the mens game. Outstanding.

                    Special mention to Izzy Kelly, great game stats. Aiken and Kernick both good as usual. And a rap for Kellehers terrific goalkicking in tricky conditions.

                      Good win in tricky conditions against an inform Dragons side - plenty to work and improve on in the new game style Coach Strange is wanting them to play.
