If it comes off the forearm played at or not it is a knock on

not if its charging down a kick ....so maybe Harrigan is saying Farrah kicked the ball, so when it hit GI's forearm it was technically a chargedown so no knock on, play on ?

The twat has changed the rules again. The next time an attacker is called for a knock-on after a defender strikes at the ball, the ref should be reprimanded or Harrigan should stand down.
