I doesn’t feel like we are stacked with young talent. They don’t seem to be pushing through to first grade like they did when we had O’Sullivan as head scout, but it could just be my perception.

I would've agreed with you at this time last year and actually postwd something of bery similar tone but I think we have made some very astute pickups and have some very impressive teenagers who have been coming through for a while.

4 selected in the U19s SOO when we had 0 last year... its definitely a step in the right direction.
