Normally I couldn't give a shit what journo's write about us but these stories are downright disrespectful and personal, particularly today's article on Nick.

PoS deserves some heat. I really hope the club are doing something about it behind the scenes.

His bi-line would have you believe it's all tongue-in-cheek but when it's on such a regular basis you have to wonder.

With the Roosters there seems to be no middle ground. We are very few peoples second favourite team. We are either loved or hated. When derogatory articles are written about us it's generally when we are going well and may be considered a threat to the competition.

Embrace the hate and remind yourself how irritating our success is to those that don't matter.

I used to enjoy reading his stuff, but I agree with you that it has become very anti-Roosters lately and it’s becoming a bit tedious. The disrespectful crap about Politis today was going way too far; he needs to be very careful, he could wake up with a horse’s head in his bed (as opposed to a horse’s hoof).

Mate it's time to stop reading anything about rugby league other than what you read on here. That might sound crazy but at least we are all on the same page.

You don't need jokers like Eldridge, Tallis etc. getting in your head space. Leave that to the jokers on here

i didn't find it that bad, it was funny in parts.

But you would think that considering we haven't won anything since 2019 there wouldn't be much ammunition to target us.

To be supposedly rich, well run & a glamour destination for players just doesn't sit well with most.

I think he was a rooster supporter. I did read some articles he wrote after our 2019 grand final and he had any is byline that he was a tragic rooster supporter. That seems to have gone now

He is a roosters supporter and it’s all satire. He’s just playing to the stereotypes in the NRL universe. His job is to create some ‘hysteria’ around day to day NRL

He’s actually pretty funny if you read from that perspective

i just find his articles way too wordy and descriptive. It’s like I’m reading a year 12 HSC English paper and he is trying to get full marks.
he should ease back on the alliteration, the simile, the metaphor and make it clear the points that he is trying to raise !
