This threads very existence probably highlights exactly why Gordy Tallis has a gig.

Stick a microphone in front of a blindly passionate and opinionated low-IQ "queenzlandaar!" and half the audience love it and the other half hate it. It gets clicks and eyeballs. But ultimately, Tallis opinion means nothing much and i don't believe he is taken seriously by anyone with decision making capacity within the NRL (at least i hope not). He is no Einstein, and I think most people know that.

Thurston I have no issue with. Annoying as fk, but begrudginly admired his deeds on the footy paddock.

Parker I have not met, however I have heard feedback from several people that off air he is a colossal wanker, possibly among the biggest wankers to have graced the NRL with his prescence. Ego the size of Jupiter apparently.

Its Tallis ...easily. I stopped listening to MMM footy a few years ago because all I ever heard was Phallic putting the boot into the Roosters so I stopped listening to them. Then after a year and a half whilst in the car, I actually decided to switch on to MMM footy ....no exaggeration within 1 minute of putting MMM on for the first time in 18mths it was the Raging Bullsh!tartist sarcastically going on about how the Roosters junior area is New Zealand. Guy is a first class knob !

JT is just hopeless ...worst commentator by far. Someone should explain to Ch9 that just because someone was a great player, it doesn't automatically make them a great commentator.
