  • Junior Pauga

Had some nice touches again last night. Very rarely makes an error, and has a touch of class about him. A keeper for sure I reckon.

He’s a very good and consistent back up player. They can’t all be superstars. He’s very quick too. Glad he’s on our side.

Robbo talked him up last night in the presser. Be good to see him earn a starting spot for 2025...

When Toups is back I’d like to see Pauga at centre instead of Suaalii; he’s just better in that position, with Young on the other wing. He is playing well.

Turning into a silky classy player and he has one thing you can't coach into a player, Speed.......

            Offers far more than Jenko.

don't know about touch of class but definitely a good back up. occasional weakness under the high ball but does a lot of good things. liked the way he backed himself to pick the ball up on the run for the third try

A solid player with some top line speed. Never looks out of place.

Here is some Brain love. I was gonna write a thread about him then saw this.
This bloke is no novice .
Late developer call it what you like
He has enormous patience to still be around and so does the coach.
I am super impressed with his game on the wing and more so in the centers.
                  He deserves a spot.
More than a team player .
                  I salute the bloke.
Uncle Nick look after this bloke. He is living the dream.

I think the opposition would rather see him at centre over Sualli too.

                        Defensively they wouldn't

Pauga is a great squad member
not in the top 17 or even 22 but will cover plenty of games for outside backs
can play and position and always does a good job
                          most games gets over 150mtr

                            He already does.
                            JS plays wing.

However, when Toops comes back, he will be dropped, and JS goes back to centre.

Plenty of upside potential. I can see him nailing down a centre position next year.
