Yep I loved how we broke them over the course of the 80 minutes. There were nervous moments (e.g. those 2 quick succession tries at the start of the 2nd half) but we doubled down on our defence instead of panicking and then everything just seemed to click when it mattered in attack.

Loved Crichton and Watson's form FWIW. Gotta pinch yourself that Leniu, JWH and Radley were out and it was in Brisbane. Young too... every time they tried to kick in behind him or throw a cut-out outside him he seemed to use his height to snatch it and put 50m on them.

I would rate the Roosters performance a 7 and the Broncos a 5 - Still a lot to work on to get to those next levels they need to be at to be a genuine premiership contender - Penrith are a level or 2 above the rest so far in 2024 followed by the Storm.
