Maybe I should spell things out a bit clearer for the hard of hearing.

We went with the Storm blow for blow for the first half, possibly on top at that stage.
I mentioned pre game my concerns with a 2 Butch 17, and a bit less bench punch. Over the 80 minutes our energy dwindled a bit when we needed some big input off the interchange. Only Joey Manu provided that threat to their defence and, as usual, off very individual plays. We need to threaten more as a team, going in numbers. As has been alluded to in the Get Trent threads, we need to change our tactics up a bit. Higher risk, more offloads from us and less against us would be a nice start.
On the positive, we are pretty close to beating these "top" teams. It won't take a massive leap. But something needs to change.
You’ve been around long enough to know the signs when a team is on a slippy slope downward. We are on that path mun. The team look devoid of any problen solving ability atm. Our SENIOR players are simply not stepping up. This is when you need them the most yet the younger crew are the ones showing the most spirit.
Our halves situation is abominable and have been for a few years. Something needs to give.Exonerate the West Memphis Three - www.wm3.org

I respect everyone's opinion on here.
I am just disappointed like everyone else - so sick of side ways running, no deep back line plays, no mad tough back rowers steaming on to the ball, dropped balls over and over etc. Isn't it up to the coach to address these issues ?? Why hasn't the coach created a play where Su is running into space - or something ??
How many times do we let in a try in the first 5 to 10 minutes.
Seriously what happened to Wong. He was the flavour of the month at the back end of last year.
I appreciate Robbo has been so good for us - but I believe now he is not good for us. You just can't keep losing to Penrith and Melbourne year after year, how can you win another title then.

He needs to pull up stumps so that he’s remembered as the champion he was, not the liability he’s become. You know, a bullshit medical retirement just like the Vermin are famous for.
Maybe I should spell things out a bit clearer for the hard of hearing.

Thursday was frustrating but there were moments in us when we look really good, just have to nail it down. And I think our D is looking a lot better.
Our draw has been rough too.
We will win next week
The Doggies game was unfortunate because the weather was shyte and we lost our heads.
Other than that, what can you expect?
Right after the game that random diversity inclusion woman provided scripted 'analysis' that Robbo looked animated in the box and that's been parroted by the rest to make headlines.
Since when did Robbo not get animated in the box and call out shyte decisions during the presser? Sorry but I don't buy the current media cr@p. Repeating something over and over doesn't make it correct.

I’m looking forward to Spencer and Sandon coming back in as well.
We really didn’t get on top of the Melbourne pack and tried to grind it out with them which is their style.
I think We lack “x” factor in attack and an alpha who is going to dominate in the middle. I think this is why Teddy tries too hard as he has nobody to put him in holes so he tries to create them himself which he just can’t do
We are a team of really good players but lacking a forward and a half to unlock us. That’s why watching Keary is so frustrating coz he has done it before just not doing it now. As much as I love JWH and he is my fav all time player he doesn’t have the impact he used to and Collins and Tyrell not quite there yet
We are a better team this year and I believe close and we have much better depth
its definitely not time to sack Robbo and the team are definitely playing for him. If they weren’t it would be another story. Having said that Robbo has made many mistakes over the past couple of seasons and I think he would be feeling the pressure

The team also looks very confused on how to play. It's obvious we play our best when playing flat and fast through the middle. We've seen patches of it, like last week against Newy. It suits our players and their strengths. Instead we seem to become inpatient and play this clunky lateral shape that creates nothing.
The draw hasnt been too bad. We lost to an understrength dogs and Riff. If Ponga didn't get injured last week I doubt we win that too.

They need to stick to one style of football. They were on top in that Storm game when they were punching through the middle with support.
Yet after a few drops and the first try they moved away from it.
I think they're also missing some clever ball playing in the good ball zone. Too many block plays when they should play off the cuff.
